It all happened a while ago after a heavy downpour. A young man who was walking by the roadside under the bridge was suddenly hit and rammed over by a car.
The driver of the car wanted was about running away but thank God he was quickly attacked by individuals who were at the scene of the incident.
The young man was quickly rushed to the hospital for treatment.
