Married corp members have been enjoined to make all necessary to ensure they’re posted to their spouse’s state of residence for their 1 year statuory service scheme.

The National Youth Service Corps noted that female prospective corp members who are deployed to states where their husbands are not domiciled should report to the nearest NYSC Orientation Camp for their State of Deployment to be changed.

They are to report during the period of registration at the Orientation Camps with the copies of their marital and other relevant documents as evidence.

This was announced in a statement by the NYSC on Monday.

The statement read:

“ ATTENTION ALL 2023 BATCH ‘A’ STREAM 2 MARRIED FEMALE PCMs

“All married female Prospective Corps members (PCMs) who are deployed to States where their husbands are not domiciled should report to the nearest NYSC Orientation Camp for their State of Deployment to be changed.

“They are to report during the period of registration at the Orientation Camps with the copies of their marital and other relevant documents as evidence.”
