NPP officials in Canada are hoping that either President Nana
Akufo-Addo or his vice Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia would grace the occasion.

Samuel Asirifi, the Organizer of the NPP branch in Canada, made the
disclosure in an interview with DAILY
GUIDE
in France over the weekend.

“The NPP will celebrate the 25th anniversary in a grand
style.”

Mr. Asirifi said the NPP external branch members across the world have
all been invited to make the occasion memorable.

He said NPP’s national and regional executives in Ghana, as well as
other high-profile party officials, have also been invited to the major event.

He added that there would be a Town Hall meeting, which would be
attended by the Ghanaian community in Canada on August 31.

He disclosed that President Nana Akufo-Addo’s laudable achievements
and programmes would be thoroughly explained to the gathering during the
meeting.

The branch organizer also announced that there would be fun games to
help entertain and promote unity among the party members.

He added that the party’s members would use the event to make plans for the 2020 general elections.
