Constable Boadi Theophilus of the Koforidua Central Police Visibility Unit has been arrested for possessing of Indian hemp. This followed an investigation into his mangled vehicle
The illegal substance was discovered in the officer’s vehicle after an accident involving his car prompted an inspection; three bags of Indian hemp were thus discovered upon inspection of the vehicle, a development which convulsed the police to begin massive investigations
According to reports, all bags containing the said substance have been impounded for further investigation while the suspect has been put in custody with efforts underway to inform his unit Commander at Koforidua.
