Sammi Awuku and Nana B, strategizing ahead of election 2020
National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammi Awuku, has tasked the Tertiary Confederacy of the NPP (TESCON) to uphold hard work and make the party become formidable.
Without mincing words, he stated emphatically that the party was counting heavily on TESCON – the tertiary wing of the party – to secure victory for the party in 2020.
Sammi Awuku said he trusts in the expertise and commitment of the present TESCON leadership to deliver for the party during the upcoming elections.
“I’m confident TESCON will deliver in 2020,” Mr Awuku said during a TESCON programme in Accra.
He stated that the NPP government is committed to youth development and gave an assurance that President Akufo-Addo would not let the youth down.
He said the government is working hard to create employment opportunities for the youth in the area and said with time, Ghanaians would come to know that they did not toil to bring the NPP to power in vain.
He said he was highly impressed with the output of the youth wing of the NPP, led by Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye, aka Nana B, so far.
“Kudos to Youth Leader, Henry Nana Boakye (Nana B), and his team for organizing this refreshing conference to reorient our teeming youth for victory 2020,” he added.
