The Fomena District Police
Command arrested the scam operators upon an intelligence-led operation
following months of surveillance and tracking.

Supt Albert Fii Ochil said
16 assorted mobile phones were found on the gangsters who run a criminal
network that scam people with mobile money accounts after generating about 100
